Our mission is simple: help kids who need a little extra support feel seen, included, and cared for — and help the families who love them carry the load.
IDX CARES exists to support children with special needs and children facing poverty or homelessness. We help cover the medical costs and therapies that insurance and government programs leave behind. We also hold food drives and provide school supplies, clothing, and holiday gifts so these children can thrive. Through awareness and community support, we make sure no child or family walks this journey alone.
Down syndrome
Standing alongside kids with Down syndrome and their families with encouragement and practical help.
Families in need
Helping children from low-income homes get the everyday things every kid should have.

IDX Cares is the giving side of the IDX Texas family — the same folks behind IDX Design’s laser engraving, signs, and apparel in Flint, Texas.
IDX CARES supports kids with special needs, including children with autism, Down syndrome, and congenital heart disease, and children from low-income and underprivileged homes, along with the families who love them. We raise awareness of the challenges these children face, advocate for better understanding and care, and offer real help when insurance and government programs leave families without support. With kindness, resources, and a community that shows up, we make sure no family on this journey walks it alone.
